bad cleanliness stale smoke
the staff were available to help me check in
i was disappointed room cleanliness was very bad the carpet had stains and the bathroom needed attention furthermore the room smelled strongly of stale smoke i was so unhappy

Practical Stay
helpful staff clean room single room
The staff were very helpful. They were well trained. The room was clean. I booked a twin room for my friend and I, but the staff gave us each a single room , which was preferable to sharing. My friend's room was too hot , so staff sorted it out.
The hotel lacked room service, and the bed wasn't made up .

Parking is free , and it is directly in front of the building. The location offers proximity to the town center. A receptionist offered help upon my late arrival , and was ready for me when I got there.

The room was basic , but it was comfortable and clean. The bed was large. Sheets were white and not grey. Towels matched the sheets in whiteness. The bath is deep , and I appreciated that.

Breakfast was well cooked. I ate so much breakfast that I did not need to eat again until 5:30 pm. I bought a takeaway for another meal. The hotel does not have a restaurant , so I had to find alternatives for food.
